The more notice you are able to provide, the better!
This helps in ensuring availability on the date of your event. It also allows us to source the best quality products, schedule deliveries and arrange staffing.

For grazing boxes we ask that you try to provide 24-48 hours notice and for grazing tables we ask that you try to provide 5 business days notice.

Although, we are usually able to accommodate last-minute bookings!


As we do not currently offer a pick-up option, we offer free delivery to Canberra suburbs and most surrounding regions.


We will endeavour to deliver at your requested time however we cannot guarantee this. We are able to provide an estimated delivery window on the day of delivery.


Our Grazing Boxes are made fresh on the day of your order.
If continuously refrigerated, we recommend consumption within 3 days.


We request access to the venue 2 hours prior to the event start time. Depending on the size and complexity, Grazing Table set up can take anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes.


As per Food Standards Australia, the 2-hour/4-hour rule is a good way to make sure potentially hazardous food is safe even if it’s been out of refrigeration.

The rule has been scientifically checked and is based on how quickly microorganisms grow in food at temperatures between 5°C and 60°C.

  • Food held between 5°C and 60°C for less than 2 hours can be consumed, or put back in the refrigerator to use later.
  • Food held between 5°C and 60°C for 2-4 hours can still be consumed, but can’t be put back in the fridge.
  • Food held between 5°C and 60°C for 4 hours or more cannot be consumed and must be thrown away.


We can pick up the board/equipment  from you within 5 business days of your event. This is to be discussed and agreed upon at the time your order is placed.
